Purpose: What will your data be used for?

In the case of economic or administrative relations: to maintain our economic and/or administrative relationship.

If you sign up for our newsletter or our web forms: for the sending of publications or information about our job offers. 

How long will we retain your data for?

In the case of an economic or administrative relationship: for five years from the date of termination of our relationship: Article 1964 of the Civil Code, as amended by Law 42/2015, of 5 October, reforming the LEC.

If you sign up for our newsletter or on our web forms: as long as you do not withdraw your consent or exercise your right of deletion.

Legitimation Why are we entitled to process your personal data?

In the case of economic or administrative relations: because the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

If you sign up for our newsletter or on our web forms: the legitimacy to process your data is based on the data subject's consent to the submission of the data (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

To which recipients will your data be communicated or transferred?

In the case of economic or administrative relations: the communication of your data to third parties is not foreseen, except in cases where it is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations. 

If you sign up for our newsletter or our web forms: we do not intend to disclose your data to third parties, except in cases where this is necessary in order to comply with legal obligations. 

We will not make any international transfers of data to third countries or international organisations.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data and how can you exercise them?

Right of access: The right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning you.

Right of rectification: The right to request the modification or rectification of your data if it is inaccurate.

Right of erasure: The right to request that your data be erased or deleted because of unlawful data processing, because the purpose for which the data were processed or collected no longer exists, or when you revoke your consent or object to their processing.

Right of restriction of processing Right to obtain the restriction of the processing of data where one of the following situations applies:

If you dispute the correctness of the data: While the correctness of the data is being verified by us.

If you have exercised your right to object to data processing: While checking whether the legitimate reasons of the controller outweigh your rights.

Right to data portability: the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, provided that it is technically feasible for portability, and where they have been used/processed with your consent or by virtue of a contract.
